The receptionist is friendly and willing to allow check in at 4 in the morning. Strategic location in the heart of Bukittinggi so it is close to everywhere The room is clean, but unfortunately it is not soundproof. The bathroom is also clean, unfortunately there are no towels and toiletries provided. There is a dispenser in the kitchen. Overall, highly recommend this accommodation for backpackers while in Bukittinggi

for the price of 250 thousand and in the middle of the city, it is enough. even though 1 room contains a full bed and a shared bathroom (outside the room)

Not as described, dirty hotel.

1. no parking space 2. leaking toilet, slippery to the point of slipping 3. entering the hotel, told to take off sandals even though the hotel did not provide sandals 4. location is in an alley. should have been explained when entering the alley we got rained on when we arrived at the hotel 5. strange service, already knew people were carrying heavy items but no help was given

The staff are very friendly and very helpful, if you bring a car, it is not recommended, because it is located in an alley, for two-wheeled vehicles it is not a problem, this place is highly recommended, because it is right in the center of Bukittinggi city.

Bad servicer ever! Communication between the innkeeper and the staff is not in sync. Booking well in advance to be calm and safe, but instead given a spare room. And the staff did not know about the booking by the application according to the date. Even though they had wa before arriving at the place. Maybe if there were other guests who came before us, the remaining room would be sold because they did not have data on customers who had booked by the application. The staff service was not okay, failed to focus while their hands were on standby with mobile legend on their cellphones. So we cancelled and moved to another hotel👏🏻🤌🏻

Highly recommended accommodation. It is located in the city center very close to the clock tower, only 5 minutes walk. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy and fragrant. With that price, I didn't expect to get a room this comfortable.

The location is strategic and good and in the city center.
