For a price of around 100,000 Rupiah, this accommodation is quite suitable for the facilities it offers. Its location is also quite strategic, being close to the Jam Gadang (Golden Clock Tower). However, there were a few things that were quite disappointing. When I checked in, the receptionist wasn't there, so I had to wait about 30 minutes. After a long journey and hoping to get some rest, this was quite an uncomfortable experience. I chose a room with a fan. Unfortunately, the electrical installation in the room was impractical, as the fan turned on at the same time as the lights. This meant that when the lights were turned off to sleep, the fan also turned off. The bathroom was outside the room. It was poorly maintained, lacking in cleanliness, and the floor was quite slippery, requiring extra care when using it. During check-out, the same thing happened again. The receptionist was again unavailable, further delaying the check-out process. Hopefully, the accommodation can improve its service, particularly regarding receptionist attendance and facility cleanliness, so guests can have a better stay.

- The hotel is located inside. - Parking is difficult, you have to look around the hotel first and then walk to the hotel. - If the hotel is only for sleeping, it's quite appropriate, because there is only a bed, a small table, and a mirror. - Info on the fan app, but only a blower and it has 1 power supply with the lights, so if the lights go out, the blower also goes out, the solution is to sleep with the lights on. - We booked for 2 adults, but we only got 1 towel, no toothpaste, toothbrush, and soap. - Shared bathroom outside. - The advantage of the hotel is that it is only in the city center

Regarding some of the points you raised: • The hostel's location in an alley is part of our concept to provide a quieter and more comfortable atmosphere while remaining close to the city center (Chamkadang). • Regarding private vehicles, please be informed that the hostel is not directly accessible by car, and there is no direct parking in front of the hostel. Guests typically use nearby public parking and walk a few minutes. This situation is common in the central Bukit Tinggi area, particularly around Chamkadang Ring Road 1, and also supports local economic activity. • Room amenities are provided to hostel standards, prioritizing basic comfort with a minimalist concept. • The use of fans/blowers and available electrical systems is something we will focus on improving in the future. • Toiletries such as soap and shampoo are not currently included as standard amenities, in line with our backpacker-focused concept. However, this is a concern for us, and we will continue to evaluate it as part of our future service quality improvements. • Regarding towels, we generally provide a maximum of two towels for standard rooms. However, the number of towels will vary depending on daily availability. As some items are currently being laundered and sanitized to maintain our standards of cleanliness and hygiene, guests can contact our team for assistance if needed. • Shared bathrooms are a part of our hostel concept that we have communicated openly. We strive to provide clear and transparent information so that guests can choose accommodation that suits their needs. Thank you again for your feedback. Honestly, it's cheap here. It's like a boarding house. Even though the bathroom is separate from the room, it's comfortable. The staff is friendly and remembers our belongings. It's cool. If I go to the hill, I'll come back here again. It's close to everything.

Bad servicer ever! Communication between the innkeeper and the staff is not in sync. Booking well in advance to be calm and safe, but instead given a spare room. And the staff did not know about the booking by the application according to the date. Even though they had wa before arriving at the place. Maybe if there were other guests who came before us, the remaining room would be sold because they did not have data on customers who had booked by the application. The staff service was not okay, failed to focus while their hands were on standby with mobile legend on their cellphones. So we cancelled and moved to another hotel👏🏻🤌🏻
