We would like to clarify that Mubarak Hostel operates on a budget-friendly approach for backpackers. Therefore, the facilities focus on basic needs for relaxation: simple, clean, safe, and practical. Regarding some of the points you raised: • The hostel's location in an alley is part of our concept to provide a quieter and more comfortable atmosphere while remaining close to the city center (Chamkadang). • Regarding private vehicles, please be informed that the hostel is not directly accessible by car, and there is no direct parking in front of the hostel. Guests typically use nearby public parking and walk a few minutes. This situation is common in the central Bukit Tinggi area, particularly around Chamkadang Ring Road 1, and also supports local economic activity. • Room amenities are provided to hostel standards, prioritizing basic comfort with a minimalist concept. • The use of fans/blowers and available electrical systems is something we will focus on improving in the future. • Toiletries such as soap and shampoo are not currently included as standard amenities, in line with our backpacker-focused concept. However, this is a concern for us, and we will continue to evaluate it as part of our future service quality improvements. • Regarding towels, we generally provide a maximum of two towels for standard rooms. However, the number of towels will vary depending on daily availability. As some items are currently being laundered and sanitized to maintain our standards of cleanliness and hygiene, guests can contact our team for assistance if needed. • Shared bathrooms are a part of our hostel concept that we have communicated openly. We strive to provide clear and transparent information so that guests can choose accommodation that suits their needs. Thank you again for your feedback.
