The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared—everything felt just right. I would also like to thank Radja, the bellboy, who was always helpful and ready to assist with a smile. His positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Because of Alice and Radja, Hotel Royal feels like a second home. I will definitely come back again.

Perfect for traveling by bus since the bus stop is exactly in front of the hotel, Novena Station is about 300m.

There's a bus station right in front of the hotel. The bus to the MRT is also only two stops away. I booked a family room, so the room was also large. It had a bathtub.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good food

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the luggage storage is well served.

The family room was spacious with one king bed and one single bed. I booked 2 family room, however one room turned out to be a twin room with additional “small room” with a sofa inside

During check-in, the reception was very busy, and we had to wait quite a while to get our room key. Ultimately, we were upgraded to a larger room. Overall, our stay at the Hotel Royal was pleasant.

When we go to Singapore, we always stay at this hotel.

The room is spacious, even though a bit old, but the room is very clean and amenities given are complete. I also like they provide water dispenser so we can refill water whenever we need. If you are using MRT, it took quite some time, around 10-15 mins by walking to reach Novena MRT station, but if you are using bus, you don't need to walk that far because the bus station is precisely in front of the hotel.
