Clean and comfort, good price, low speed wifi

Staying here with my family was a blast. The kids felt comfortable, and there was plenty to explore with my kids. I stayed in two room types. The Superior Room was comfortable, but the adventure themed room was especially fun, allowing the kids to play around in the room. Plus, there's a clown show at 7:00 PM, which was really interactive with the kids. The pool is also clean. The road in front of the hotel isn't too congested, so getting around isn't a hassle. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about where to have dinner.

The rooms are very nice and neat, soap and drinking water and tea are provided. Highly recommended. There's Netflix too. Best

Recommended. The facilities are new and complete, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the environment is very convenient. There are many 24-hour convenience stores and cafes around the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Altuz. 💜

Everything was very good, starting from luggage service, room, reception service and until the end of the stay, breakfast was very varied and more than enough, very informative for communication, hopefully next time we can stay again at Hotel Merapi Merbabu, thank you.

The room was quite nice, equipped with amenities and Netflix. The best part was the view from the 9th floor, can enjoy the beautiful city lights at night

I ordered a family room. The room design is nice, multi-level, there is a dining table complete with plates, bowls, spoons, and a pantry. The room is spacious with 3 beds. My child really likes it.
