Apartments in Tasikmalaya

The service was good, but the bed sheet need to be change everyday even though we're stay for 2 nights, till we told them. The foos was tasty and the facilities quite complete and comfortable. But I like the staff, they were very friendly and smile all the time. I hope we can stay there in the future for another vacation.

Second time visit this hotel this year, however check in process always takes 30-45min. Even, on my second visit I have made confirmation about our ETA but still, the check in process took more than 30 min (arrived at hotel at Friday ±3 PM). The breakfast menu is not really breakfast-friendly. No common fried rice, fried noodle, or simple sausage. Instead, we got spicy food and cold rice on the menu. It happened on both mornings during our stays. The service could be better too. More smiles, more friendly gestures, and quick response would help. Anyhow, we're quite happy with the room as it 's a large one which could fit our little family with two kids.

Booked for 2 nights and decided to extend for another night. Went out, when I'm back the key didn't work, check with front office and she said I supposed to update the key but nobody say anything the morning I did the extension. Figured out they also take out the extra bed from my room simply because I haven't paid for the extra bed (I paid all the room costs). My luggage and other stuff still in the room yet they decided to take out the extra bed. Made complaint to one if the staff but nobody give me explanation. Very insulting!

Padahal hotel baru, mereka perlu improve kebersihan, manakala Tasik kota resik jalmana arapik hotelnya bararesih seharusnya. Overall OK, cuma kamar saja apalagi kamar mandi harus lebih diperhatikan, dengan nama Amaris Uda menjual dukung dengan kebersihan nya.
