It 's a good hotel for the airport, as it 's about a 20-minute ride in their shuttle bus, which goes every hour. The staff are better at coordinating the shuttle, and are on the end of a call if you need picking up at another time. The rooms are clean, and provide the basic facilities, including toothbrushes if you've forgotten yours. The kitchen does a good buffet breakfast, and the a la carte menu for lunch and dinner has a decent selection to choose from, although the prices are a little more. Check in and out is quick and easy, and the staff are amiable.

Now they are getting better. Good job. Plss try to upgrade the furniture in the room. Everything getting drop. Off and tear.

There Breakfast there were no eggs. That 's something all other hotel that I have stayed at in Indonesia offer. Ibis should consider adding eggs to their breakfast menu.

They do really care about our concerns. We request for a room that doesn't leave a smell, and they provide it.

Lokasi strategis, dekat stasiun mangga besar. Sekitar hotel banyak mini market dan makanan kaki lima. Fasilitas semua berfungsi. Ada air minum gratis.

Nyaman stay di Hotel ini, stafnya ramah, kadang dapat upgrade room juga, terakhir stay disini malah di upgrade ke tipe suites.

The staff was helpful when I asked to switch our room. They also very friendly.-Our 1st room: dirty carpet, broken phone, and the curtain didn't hang properly. Our 2nd room: dirty carpet (but I got help from the housekeeper to vacuumed it again), torn blanket, and I felt itchy when I was on the bed. The AC & water was OK. Thankfully. They didn't serve face towel & hand soap. There were a lot of flies at the lobby & restaurant. For dinner, we got Goat Fried Rice (it was delicious) and Tjokro Fried Chicken (the fried tempeh & tofu were oily). For breakfast, it was so-so. Not very appealing. Don't get fooled by the Sesame Balls. It was cheese on the inside. The juice also felt like it wasn't from fresh fruit, but from the box. The hotel is located right beside Superindo, in case you need something to buy. Hopefully they can upgrade the cleanliness and the food.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I slept really well.
