Excellent location. Complete privacy. No disturbances. Great help from the staff for our luggage's even though there is no porter. Casino’s just next door and it’s loads of fun. Will definitely come back again !!!

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Dandelion Sinsa Branch 1. The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and very helpful from our arrival in Seoul until we returned home. It's my first stay in Seoul, Korea. Location of the hotel is quite good; it's behind the national hospital, and the imperial palace. So, cultural sightseeing is very easy although going to hip places such as gangnam area or itaewon might take you about 15-20 min by taxi ride. Rooms are quite big with semi-industrial theme. The bed was clean and nice; pillow was soft. No complaints for sleeping. Staff are very kind and helpful, and also English speaking. The owner even waits for me checking in at midnight (two thumbs up!!) Food was easy to find; downstairs you have 2 options: Cuban food (hotel owned) or traditional korean food. Both have awesome taste. Would definitely come back to stay.

Nice location, close to walking streets, easy to eat and have fun, near shopping areas, clean hotel, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Always create the best conditions for customers. The hotel has full amenities. Very convenient for travel and entertainment. I will definitely come back for my next vacation and business trip to Korea.

The check-in process was very fast & the room was clean. I really like the amenities & smart TV has varieties of apps that I enjoy. They also provided free shuttle bus (as well as its printed schedule) to airport, which is convenient to use.

Grand Hyatt Incheon
I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon and had an amazing experience! The hotel is luxurious, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the airport or city. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The dining options were fantastic—I especially loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The indoor pool and fitness center were also great for relaxation.
Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just a short walk from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, perfect for travelers.
I’m so happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
