All the staff are very friendly. The rooms are also very clean, the toilets are clean. The breakfast is delicious and the menu is very varied. It's quite kid-friendly. There are also lots of junk food places around the hotel like BK, McD, Hokben, KFC. And there are lots of durian sellers when it's in season. Next time I go to Bali, I'll probably stay here again.

The place is really nice, all have balconies, the rooms are very spacious, the staff is also very nice, all the facilities are functioning well, towels and rooms are changed, cleaned every day, drinking water is refilled every day, the TV channels are good, the hot shower works well. When I checked in, I was served by a woman, she was beautiful and very gentle when talking, and gave very clear information. When I went up to the 3rd floor to look for a room, I met the female housekeeper and she was immediately very prompt in finding and directing where my room was. The security guard is also very good, I bought food via GoFood, the security guard was very prompt in receiving and securing it. When checking out, I was served by Mas Sam, he was very kind and humble, the checkout process was done very quickly. Anyway, I recommend this place, oh yes, it is also very close, just walk if you want to find food, on average there are 24 hours for food stalls on Jalan Teuku Umar.
