The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

The location is easily accessible, close to the train station, Bogor Botanical Gardens, and other attractions. You can also take the Uncal bus to explore Bogor. The cleanliness is comfortable. There's a heated swimming pool for families to enjoy. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is varied and delicious.

It was a delightful experience, staying overnight with the family for Eid. The mall right next door had everything the family needed for a get-together. It was a pleasant location. It felt great to have Mom with us.

I really like Red Planet, because the service is good and the rooms are comfortable, I always recommend to friends or family to stay at Red Planet, especially in the Bekasi area, there are many hotels that I stop at only Red Planet which I think are also comfortable and the price is affordable. The hotel is pleasantly comfortable and quiet, with a great view of the Pasupati Bridge. The meals are good, and in the morning you can even hear a street musician singing “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” by Creedence Clearwater Revival.

I love the hospitality. I brought a 12-year-old daughter, so I asked for early check-in because I had a conference there, and the staff said yes to my request. I could work and had a great staycation there.

Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean. I was very satisfied with my stay here. It's perfect for bringing kids and families. There are plenty of activities to do on the hotel grounds, making it perfect for a staycation. The service is very friendly, and the food is varied and delicious.
