The tour sounds expensive but trust me, most things in Sydney are expensive. This tour is value for money. The bus came on time and there would be confirmation email sent the day before telling us the tour guide name, number and the bus plate number. Sydney Zoo was newly opened in 2019 and the concept is much better than Taronga Zoo. Our guide was Alfie and he was very friendly and informative. He is fluent in both English and Chinese. You should request for him if you consider taking this tour. Just remember that people are very punctual in here. Do reach the meeting place on time :)
