Each room can only be used once. Extended stays and consecutive stays (including multiple orders) cannot be used together. The same group of guests can only use it once. It is not transferable.

Due to limited reception hours, appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis during business hours. If you fail to make an appointment during your stay, it will be deemed as a waiver of your rights and no equivalent replacement will be made.
