Agent ini tidak memiliki risk management yang baik. Vendor snorkeling sudah memberikan refund kepada agent karena kamera rusak tapi uang refund ditahan dengan alasan saya harus kasih review dulu. Saya menunggu konfirmasi refund pun 10 hari lebih. Ketika disana pun ketika kapal snorkel telat berangkat kami menunggu sejam dan waktu perjalanan kami terpotong, agent seperti tidak punya plan B hingga kami bilang minta refund baru dicarikan alternatif kapal yang jam pulangnya lebih sore (Awalnya kami dibilang hanya bisa ke 1 destinasi, kami tidak mau). Admin Kurang professional secara overall.

The trip was nice and fun! Pak Made is very helpful with his good time management. Definitely would recommend this!

Pulau Nusa Penida tour, kereeen Pertama sy dr Seminyak rental mbl sendiri sampai pelabuhan sanur, lalu saya cari counter boat Wijaya Buyuk untuk menyeberang. Kalau kita nggak tau, nmr driver kasih aja ke koordinasi admin yg di traveloka, nanti adminnya yg jelasin ke driver, lalu oleh driver kita diantar ke counter. Jam 8 panggilan boarding untuk boat wijaya buyuk, wah wah wah rupaya banyak orang yang naik nyebrang ke nusa penida, tapi lain lain paketnya. Sandal dilepas sebelum naik boat, nanti pas turun sandalnya sdh diturunkan duluan di pantai buyuk Disana pak komang driver nusa penida sdh menunggu dengan nama bookingan kita di traveloka, jadi tdk akan tersesat. Dan guyyysss, tebak hayuuuk Tour ini recommended bagi yg ingin tau Nusa Penida Paket ini sy pilih ada snorkelingnya, snorkeling hanya 1jam, ikannya buanyaaaak, kereeeennn Drivernya di nusa penida ramaaaah banget dan sangat membantu

Great as described in itinerary and as expected. I booked the trip for 6 people. I called the contact number before booking, admin was helpful in answering clarifying questions re. itinerary. The tour excludes hotel pick up, admin offered to pick up service for extra charge but we had a car, so we went by ourselves to Sanur Port and was met with Pak Made the driver-guide at Nusa Penida Port. The 6 of us + Pak Made traveled around the island in a clean Avanza. The tour in Nusa Penida was all good in line with itinerary. We snorkeled at 2 spots, spot 1 was ok but spot 2 was incredible, we saw so many colourful reef fish, it was like a huge aquarium! Lunch included in the package was a bit small in portion, but at the restaurant, we can buy additional dishes. The rest was sightseeing trip, Pak Made was very kind to take lots of pictures for us and at the end waited until we boarded the ferry back to Sanur. Great option for a quick trip to Nusa Penida

Overall was so great. Not my first time come to nusa penida, but this time I got the best guide ever. Thank you Tiket Penida!

cool experience, snorkeling is cool, even though the wave is rough at that time, but we can still do it. pak made our tour guide is really helpful, not only he knows the best photo spot, he also can take a good picture. would recommend this to my friend
