We booked a mixed-eat and west tour on Nusa Penida, but when we arrived, the driver informed us that we could only go to a few places and even skipped some of the places listed on the brochure. The advertisement is not really what you get! However, the guide was really nice and helpful. He took us to the places we wanted the most and left out the rest. Even though they pick you up early from the hotel, we need to wait at the port to travel with the bigger group. This made us lose some of the time to visit more places on the island.

The speed boat to Nusa Penida it’s worst! The boat is full pack of people (Overloaded). The seat is very small. The person who handled the passengers in the boat keep pushing the people into the boat even though the boat is already full. Some people are sitting outside in the back of the boat. Another provider boat (bigger and faster) is very nice. Not recommend to use Caspla if you are plan to go to Nusa Penida. Besides the price from Caspla is higher than other, their sevices is not good. The lunch also not good!

Sadly morning heavy rain. Hotel pick up car delay we have to call center. And go to Nusa Penida with another group. When we arrive we didn’t know how to contact but our driver very kind and help us photos. From Nusa Penida to Bali use Caspla Bali Ferry clean and safe. But when we arrive at Bali our legs dirty again.
