• Anti SARS CoV2 IgG/IgM rapid test
• COVID-19 rapid test results in Indonesian (printed or soft copy)
• Certificate of medical examination (printed or soft copy)

• After completing your purchase, you will receive your flight e-ticket and Xperience voucher in 2 separate e-mails.
• Reservation is required. Reserve directly by phone at least 1 day before your visit.
• Show your Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person taking the test to the receptionist.
• If you are under the age of 17 or do not have any of the aforementioned IDs, you may use a valid Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), Child Identity Card (KIA), or a KTP belonging to a legal guardian. Call the clinic directly if you would like to use any other type of ID.

• This test is valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) only.
• Customers must present their Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person taking the test.
• Customers who are under the age of 17 or do not have any of the aforementioned IDs may use a valid Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), Child Identity Card (Kartu Identitas Anak), or a KTP belonging to a legal guardian.
• Customers who would like to use other ID types not mentioned above must call the clinic directly.
• The clinic reserves the right to deny service to customers who are unable to present a valid ID.
• The test will take approximately 15 minutes.
• Customers with non-reactive (negative) test results will receive a medical certificate that can be collected in hard copy, soft copy by email, or both.
• Customers with reactive (positive) test results will be referred to a hospital for further examination.
• COVID-19 rapid test results are not valid for flights departing to certain destinations. Check up-to-date travel regulations at traveloka.com/en-id/safe-travel and read the official guidelines from airport authorities before booking.
• The clinic and Traveloka may not be held responsible for any rejection by airport authorities due to incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents.
• The Xperience voucher may be used starting from 14 days prior to the date of your departing flight. If the departing flight is in less than 14 days, the voucher validity period starts from the date of purchase.
• COVID test bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled regardless of your flight status.
