Our all-day dining restaurant takes guests on a journey through a matrix of pavilions serving unique, handcrafted temptations. Dinner Buffet Embark on a gastronomic journey at Big Bay Café in July, where you will be transported to the night markets in Southeast Asia and savour over 50 signature dishes from Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and more, accompanied by durian-infused savouries and sweet treats. 

From Friday to Sunday and public holidays, every diner will be offered a complimentary Durian Tasting Platter of four kinds of daily selected fresh durian pieces. Special Game – Guess “What’s That?” (For Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays Dinner Buffet Session only) From Friday to Sunday and public holidays, guests who are durian experts, can also participate in a full-filled game Guess “What’s That?”. Each reservation table will be given a game ticket to make a guess of a range of selected durians by only judging their appearance and smell. From 1 July to 15 September 2024, the Big Bay Café will present a Durian-themed afternoon tea buffet every weekend and on public holidays. An array of mouth-watering sweet and savoury items, meticulously crafted by the hotel’'s culinary team, are made from premium fresh durian, offering durian enthusiasts a delectable experience for their taste buds. Executive Pastry Chef Jérôme Husson has created a multitude of appetising sweet treats, including Durian Portuguese Tart, Durian Doughnut, Durian Cheesecake, and Durian Mango Sticky Rice. 

While on the savoury side, Executive Chef Michael Clinton and his culinary team have crafted a wide variety of outstanding items which balanced the sweet and savoury flavours of durian, including not only Durian Kaya Toast, Durian Pizza, Durian Pandan Roll, and Deep-fried Durian Ball, but also a refreshing Durian Milkshake. Each adult guest will receive two complimentary pieces of seasonal durian, with the chance to savour the robust and aromatic D197 Musang King, the delightfully sweet D24 Sultan King, the indulgent and chocolatey D163 Horlor, and the creamy and sweet D13 Red Prawn. The selection may vary depending on the latest product availability.
