Lease terms

Due to the repeated outbreak of COVID-19, the renter must agree and accept the following terms before using this website to make a reservation.

Reminders and risks of contracting COVID-19 before and after booking:

If a guest is unfortunately infected with COVID-19 and wishes to cancel or reschedule the reservation, the renter must abide by the terms and conditions of the service. At the same time, guests must also abide by the epidemic prevention measures of the government for yachts, including but not limited to presenting needle cards, restricting gatherings, scanning to travel with peace of mind, etc. Before making a reservation, the lessor should carefully consider the risks brought about by the epidemic and bear all related risks. If the service cannot be provided on the day of departure due to the impact of the government's epidemic prevention policy, a limited rescheduling can only be made in accordance with the relevant guidelines issued by Holimood and no refund will be provided.

— Inclement weather arrangements —

i) If the No. 1 typhoon signal or red rainstorm warning is issued before sailing;

ii) If the typhoon signal No. 1 or red rainstorm warning is hoisted before boarding, if typhoon signal No. 1 is hoisted 2 hours before boarding, or if the black rainstorm warning is changed to a red rainstorm warning.

The charterer should keep in close contact with the shipowner to determine the itinerary for the day.

3. If typhoon signal No. 3 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is still hoisted 2 hours before the boarding time, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled.

Rescheduling (for bookings from April to September):

The charterer must change the booking from April to September to the same date after October of the same year according to the vacancy of the reservation; if you want to change to the same day before October of the same year, the charterer may have to bear additional costs (please contact the shipowner for details), the difference in updated bookings is non-refundable.

Rescheduling (for bookings from October to March):

Reservations between October and March can be changed to an equivalent date within 3 months of the original date; if you want to change to an equal date 3 months after the original date, the renter may have to pay an additional fee, (You need to check with the shipowner for details), and the difference between updated bookings will not be refunded.

Cancellation:

If the order is canceled, 50% of the total amount of the order will be charged as a handling fee.

4. If typhoon signal No. 3 or higher or black rainstorm warning is hoisted during the charter period, according to maritime regulations and safety reasons, the shipowner has the right to end the voyage early, and the remaining time will not be compensated, rescheduled, or refunded.

5. If the reservation needs to be rescheduled or canceled, all food and drinks in the reservation order cannot be changed or canceled. Due to the food being prepared or other factors, the charterer still needs to bear all the expenses (please contact the shipowner for details) and pick up the food and drinks at the selected location by herself without any compensation.

6. All changes must be made within one week; otherwise, it will be deemed as a waiver of all rights.

7. If the ship cannot berth at the designated pier due to weather or sea conditions, it is necessary to transfer to another pier for boarding. The charterer shall board and disembark the ship at the wharf suggested by the ship owner.

8. The renter can only change the reservation time once.
