Conservatories close once a month for maintenance. Please check the official website for closure dates prior to your visit.

If you wish to use the double conservatories tickets on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.

Visits to both conservatories (Cloud Forest and Flower Dome) must be completed on the same day. Re-entry is not allowed.

It is very worth it with the combo price and no need to queue for tickets, you can just scan the barcode and enter the arena directly. It is very easy and babies under 3 years old are still free :D

Both attractions were really worth seeing & so beautifully done. Staff were friendly & helpful at both. Ticketing was easy & preferable having it purchased beforehand.

One thing for sure, coming at 9.45 is important, when there are not many visitors, we can enjoy all the facilities here more freely.
