Mount Bisma is a tourist attraction that offers views of the sunrise and sunset. Mount Bisma can be accessed by motorbike to the summit for approximately 20-30 minutes, but this mountain has many peaks because the mountain is winding and the top peak is quite far away. The activities offered from this tourist attraction will be in the form of climbing to Mount Bisma and views above the clouds. Later on the way to Mount Bisma, around 2-3 climbing posts can be built.
Mount Bismo, which is one of a series of mountains in the Dieng plateau, Central Java. Mount Bismo has a height of 2365 meters above sea level. For transportation to Mount Bismo Basecamp via Sikunang, you can use private or public transportation. For public transportation, use a minibus going to Wonosobo – Dieng at a cost of IDR 25,000, then from Dieng - Sikunang using a motorcycle taxi at a cost of IDR 15,000. Basecamp Sikunang is the fastest route to climb Mount Bismo, there are three prohibitions on climbing Mount Bismo, namely no yellow clothes, no dolls, and no music box.
The path to the top of Bismo begins with a straight downhill road towards the prayer room at the end of the main village road, then turn left into the village road between the houses of the residents. We just have to follow the directions posted, as long as we don't miss it. After settlement we found a bridge between the fields. The fields here look very wide with an abundance of potato commodities. Almost half way from Mt. This bismo is in the form of a field, then the other half is a forest that is not too dense.
After walking for 20 minutes, we arrived at post 1. At post 1 there are four forks, to the left one path and to the right there are three paths, choose the path on the right which is closest to the fields, because we got lost and instead turned towards the fields before post 1 earlier. continue the journey, the path taken is still the same, in the middle of the people's fields, but towards post 2 this path is more uphill than before. Be careful especially when it rains, because the roads will turn quite muddy, and in fields like this there is hardly any place to take shelter. About 20 minutes later, we arrived at post 2. It was marked with a sign and of course still surrounded by potatoes. Towards post 3 the vegetation began to change, the end of the field began to be seen and entered a fairly open forest area, in this section made of wooden steps, to make it easier for climbers not to slip, in the middle of the road to post 3 we met a shop belonging to Mr. Yaskur, he very friendly, not long after, seen the postal signpost 3.
After post 3, about 10 minutes of walking, you can see the camp area on the right side of the path that can accommodate up to 3 medium-sized tents, walk up a little to the first peak called Puncak Tugel with a height of 2332 meters above sea level. Walking along the peak with the left and right sides of the ravine, we arrived at the second peak called Puncak Mene-nemu with a height of 2348 meters above sea level. On Mount Bismo there are 5 peaks, but from the Sikunang route itself, the main peak is the third peak, namely the peak of Indraprasta.
