Get free one-way transportation (note: you can choose round trip or return service) for guests in ZONE 1 (Jimbaran, Tuban, Kuta, Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua, Legian, Uluwatu) with a minimum booking of IDR 600,000. Guests can also enjoy free round-trip transportation with a minimum booking of IDR 1,100,000. Shuttle services to other zones (outside Zone 1) are also available, with guests only paying the difference from the regular shuttle fare.

The therapist definitely needs training how to give treatment. The technique was painful, and she doesn’t know how to positioning herself during the treatment. I even complained when she sat on my back, and she said she was not, but in fact I can feel the weight. The drapping technique was also poor, it made me feel ashamed.

Came to reception right after a huge tour group finished their session. Tried getting the attention of the receptionists (there were 3 people) multiple times to get me checked in for the treatment but they were to busy selling massage oil to the tourists. The massage itself was very nice even though treatment rooms were shady. Changing room is next to the receptionist, then you have to walk to the treatment room (throught stairs and corridors) just wearing a thin kimono with other people doing the same thing. No private changing room in the changing room, you have to do it in the shower or toilet cubicle.
