The stated operating hours are 10:00 PM. When I first arrived, the cashier informed me that it closed at 7:00 PM. I had to argue with several staff members before being allowed in and buying a ticket. I entered at 8:00 PM. I bought a 2-hour ticket, but was only allowed to play for 1 hour. The balls used were quite sharp. There were no guards in some risky areas. What's even more ridiculous is that the entrance ticket doesn't include a chaperone. The staff would accompany me if I didn't want to pay. This is the only playground whose ticket doesn't include a chaperone. I recommend buying online through Traveloka. Because offline members have to pay 100,000 Rupiah, and there are no benefits whatsoever. I'm fed up, just once is enough. JnF is the best playground.

There are group activities, including dancing with the staff in attractive costumes and playing games. The play facilities are regularly cleaned and maintained, ensuring a comfortable playing experience, as the toys are always complete and clean. The staff is friendly and provides detailed explanations.

The place is spacious, clean, and the service is excellent. The kids really enjoyed playing there. What I find a bit objectionable is that tickets should include one companion, like other playgrounds.

Because it is new, of course the facilities are still very good and for the fine sensory section, the equipment is very good, not cheap. It's just that the price is quite pricey, because you have to pay extra for a companion. But overall, the kids are really happy playing here.

The staff was very helpful and prompt. It's a shame that it was high season, but there was only one cashier open. Plus, there were member promotions, so the queues were quite long and snaking. The games are varied, neatly arranged, and very safe, and there's always an attendant on duty. It was fun!
