I came 3 times to this clinic. The first day I arrived (10/03/21) the staff helped me by suggesting that the test be done only H-2 because my flight was late in the afternoon. I ask if the red date (11/03/22) is open and can you test it? because when buying vouchers on traveloka on red dates you can't, but the staff says you can and it is only open until 14 o'clock. I came back on 11/03/21 (red date) and after being bothered to fill in manual data via their traveloka application, apparently there was no schedule and the voucher couldn't be used and I was asked to come back on 12/03/21. information from the clinic staff is very lacking. and to redeem vouchers which are usually very easy, because there is already a barcode. but in this clinic I have to fill in the manual through their traveloka application and they think it's like that in the clinic. very troublesome.
