As a broken athlete with mental and physical healing to do, I needed to find something to put me back together. 15 years ago I found yoga and have been studying and sharing ever since. As an international postural yoga champion and international yoga teacher, I specialize in helping students liberate their bodies from tension and stress in order to find a new range of motion and strength within the frame of a yoga practice.
