Boat dari sanur ke penida yang disediakan tidak sesuai jam yang dibooking. Penginapan yang disediakan di penida sangat buruk. Seharusnya tak ada alasan pembenar untuk pelayanan buruk yang diberikan, termasuk alasan pengunjung yang banyak karena cuti bersama yang panjang.
