You must have checked in at the fast boat counter (Sanur-Nusa Penida crossing) at 7.30 in the morning and then the fast boat will depart for Nusa Penida at 08.00-08.15 minutes and takes approximately 45 minutes to arrive at Nusa Penida port.
Our driver will pick you up at Nusa Penida Harbor who will then accompany you on your journey to explore Nusa Penida Island. Discuss your travel itinerary with our driver to avoid delays in arriving at Nusa Penida Harbor (check carefully for fast boat tickets from Nusapenida - Sanur), our driver will happy to be your travel guide and photographer while you are on holiday in Nusa Penida.

The driver (Bli Komang) picks up at the port with a nameplate and is very punctual.
The car is very clean and Bli Komang is very experienced at driving even though the track being taken is very difficult and the roads are so narrow and some are damaged.
Very communicative in providing several tour options so that all of our full day tours are affordable in 1 day (West and East Nusa Penida). And even more satisfied, Bli Komang really provides the best spots and photo results (also a photographer). He was the one who waited in line for the photo spots for us, we freely waited while enjoying the extraordinary view of Nusa Penida.

there is a lack of clarity about whether this package includes lunch or not, so I pay for lunch to the guide ... hopefully in the future it will be clearer

The guide is good, friendly, and the driving skills are also very good & safe. Clean car. We were greatly assisted when taking photos at tourist attractions (assisted by queuing for photo spots and taking photos). Highly recommended. I took several day tours while in Bali with different agents and this was one of the best.

it's okay with that budget, even though it's not the same as eating but the guide is okay, you know good spots for photos. Even though I was told to go up + a fairly long road, the results didn't disappoint anyway

A very nice place to visit, also the guide here is very helpful, he recommend a very nice spot to take a picture, and he was good at taking pictures and videos as well. He also took us to a nice place for lunch, eventhough this package didn’t include lunch.

Ferry ride and pick up was relatively good, all punctual. The experience voucher did not state the name of the ferry so we had to contact the travel agent to check all arrangements. The tour guide/driver did not follow health protocols at all. The package was supposed to be a flexible package which was good but the guide insisted we eat at a restaurant that the travel agent partners with though lunch was not included. Resto took so long to prepare food, wasting so much time needed to get to the other side of the island. The tour guide escorted us everywhere but was more interested in getting our pictures to send to his boss. the roads are narrow and winding in nusa penida so I appreciate the driver's driving skills. He tried his best to get us everywhere in time but seems too worried about what to send and report to his boss rather than ensuring we enjoyed our trip.
