The hospital is quite big, but unfortunately it doesn't look professional. The PCR results that we got via WA did not have letterhead, and were not affixed with a wet stamp or sign. If without it, you can think that the results of the PCR make it yourself. As a result, I had to go to the hospital to ask for a dittd and stamp again.
