The onsen water is cold, not hot ... Even though we came at 3 in the afternoon, it is NOT RECOMMENDED considering that from the poor to the rock is very very jammed, it is better to soak in the bathtub of the hotel is still hotter

Nice place for having fun but I was check in late because of the heavy traffic so did not really enjoyed the hot spring water. Will be back again

1. Pelayanan sangat jelek 2. Petugas seperti kebingungan ketika ditanya, tidak tau harus bagaimana, apalagi pakai tiket dari Traveloka 3. Beli tiket on the spot 50k dapat voucher makan 40k, kalau beli lewat Traveloka tidak dapat. 4. Onsen hanya buka pukul 2 siang - 5 sore. 5. Tidak sebagus yg ada di media, tempat cenderung kecil dan spot foto tidak terlalu banyak. 6. Terlalu mahal untuk membayar dengan harga segitu, lebih baik di pemandian air panas lainnya...

Good place, orangnya ramah-ramah tapi ya gitu doang. Untuk onsen sama yukatanya termasuk mahal sih cuman bagusnya mereka mau bantu untuk ngirimin barang yang ketinggalan.

Dengan harga tiket mahal dengan yg didapat ketika disana sangat jauh dari yg diharapkan... Harga mahal tidak sebanding dengan apa yg didapat disana... Belum lagi lokasi sangat jauh... Pergi dan pulang biaya transportasi 250rb... Sangat tidak puas dengan transportasi yg sangat mahal, setelah sampai disana jauh dari yg diharapkan... Objek foto disana sangat sedikit... Dan kurang objek foto yg bernuansa jepang... Pemandian air panas biasa aja... Seperti berendam di bak sendiri, kurang bernuansa Jepang... Pakai baju jepang, sangat tidak bagus jika dipakai kepada orang gemuk seperti saya...

I went there on March 8th 2019, in a group consist of 8 people. We tried the hotspring bath. The view was wonderful. The water temperature was hot enough to relax our body. Things that should be improved from this public onsen are the bath amenities, like shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. Since the entrance fee is similar to the real Japanese onsen, which is IDR 150.000 or JPY 1300. Overall, it's such a nice experience. Recommended!

Sebuah resort yang bagus. Memiliki spot foto 'ke-Jepang-an' yang menarik. Air panas belerangnya juga bikin betah berlama-lama. Banyak pilihan rental baju Yukata nya. Lokasi mudah dijangkau di sekitaran Kota Batu. Worth it!
