You can only reschedule to a date with the same or lower price than your first booking.
Once rescheduled, you can’t refund your booking.

Request a refund at the latest 5 day(s) before your selected visit date to get up to 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refundable if you request a refund less than 5 days before the selected visit date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, discount coupons, and/or bank transfer unique code charge.

Full payment is made on D-1 before the trip via transfer

If the destination cannot be visited due to closure, unsupportive weather, or other reasons, trip participants are not entitled to request compensation
