・Please provide your preferred pick-up and drop-off points according to the list of available hotels in Sapporo and the accommodation name & address (1 day prior to departure) in the "Note" section when booking
・Please arrive at the meeting points 10 mins prior to departure times as the bus will depart on time
・This is a shared tour. Reservation is required to board the shuttle bus
・Seats on the shuttle bus are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific seating requests cannot be granted
・Please note that bus will not stop at any hotels without reservations
・Please redeem your ski lift pass, gondola ticket, and ski equipment at Kiroro Mountain Center Ticket Counter
・Please present your printed voucher on-site to redeem your tickets and equipment rental guidance
・Please pay a deposit fee of JP¥500 for the ski lift IC card. Deposit will be refunded to you upon returning the ski lift ticket
・Surcharge of JP¥5,200 (JP¥2,600 for one-way transfer) per child will apply for children under age 5. Payment to be made directly to the staff while boarding the bus
・Lift tickets and equipment rental for children under age 5 are not included in this package; please purchase on-site if needed
・Capacity of shuttle bus is limited to 1 luggage per person
・For safety considerations, it is strictly prohibited to wear ski boots/snowboarding boots on the shuttle bus
