1. To Narita Airport (NRT):
- Keisei Ueno Station: Skyliner ticket machine or Skyliner information center (Skyliner information center opening hours: 5:10 am–8:20 pm)
- Nippori Station: Skyliner ticket machine or JR ticket counter (JR ticket counter opening hours: 00 –11:30 pm)
2. To Keisei Ueno Station:
- Narita Airport (NRT) Terminal 1: Skyliner ticket machine or Skyliner information center (Skyliner information center opening hours: 7:00 am–9:00 pm)
- Narita Airport (NRT) Terminal 2, 3: Skyliner ticket machine or Skyliner information center (Skyliner information center opening hours: 7:00 am–9:00 pm)

How to Redeem Your Voucher: The QR Code voucher will be provided after booking. Please present the QR Code on your device for redemption or print it out in advance
- If tourists cannot present a valid QR Code, they will not be able to redeem their tickets.
- Redemption instructions: Passengers who purchase round-trip tickets must redeem their tickets at Narita Airport before departure.
・Outbound trip: Outbound and return trip vouchers will be issued at the same time.
・Return trip: For the return trip, please exchange the voucher for a ticket with a designated time at the redemption window or ticket machine in Ueno or Nippori before riding.

※ Please pay special attention:

When redeeming a round-trip ticket at Narita Airport, tickets for both the outbound and return journeys will be issued at the same time. When returning to Ueno and Nippori, you must use a return ticket. If you present the original purchase voucher, the ticket will not be issued, so please be aware.

Please be sure to keep the exchange voucher for your return trip so as not to lose it.

The return ticket is valid for 6 months after the outbound ticket is redeemed.

The tickets for the outbound and return journeys can be partially redeemed. If you purchase multiple tickets, you can also redeem them separately.

Redemption Point:
- Present the QR Code to the ticket machines in Tokyo Metro and major Toei Subway stations to receive the physical ticket
- Tokyo Metro offices offer manual redemption (excluding Hibiya Line Kita-Senju Station, Naka-Meguro Station, Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station, Yoyogi-Uehara Station, Wako station, Hanzomon Line, Fukutoshin Line Shibuya Station, Meguro Station)

If the departing station does not have a ticket machine, please approach the on-site staff for directions

How to Redeem Your Voucher (Ticket Machine for Travelers):
1. Locate the nearest ticket machine (red circles, which indicate "Pick up your ticket") *Not all ticket machines can be used for voucher redemption (click here for details)
2. Click on the "QR Code" button
3. Scan the QR Code (please print out the Traveloka voucher in advance or present the voucher via a mobile device)
4. Physical ticket redemption completed. The ticket is valid for 24/48/72 hours from the first use. The ticket's validity period will be displayed on the backside

※ This package cannot be partially redeemed. Even if you want to purchase multiple tickets at once, only one QR code will be generated for each purchase.

※ When you scan the QR code on Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway, all valid tickets you purchased will be redeemed at once.

Please provide accurate traveler information, including the traveler's legal name, when booking. Failure to do so may result in loss of rights and legal consequences

For redemption, travelers must provide the QR Code coupon issued after booking. Please display the QR Code on a mobile device or print it out in advance. If a traveler is unable to present a valid QR Code, the voucher cannot be redeemed

Please note that the QR codes for Skyliner and Tokyo Subway are different

Skyliner Ticket: The e-ticket does not require a specific departure and arrival station. To reserve seats, travelers can utilize the QR Code at Narita Airport (NRT), ticket machines at Ueno/Nippori Station, or eligible redemption counters.

Skyliner Ticket: If there are other terms and conditions not mentioned on the voucher or on the page, please refer to the official regulations of Keisei Electric Railway

Skyliner Ticket: Please exchange your e-voucher for a ticket and reserve your seat at the specified counters. Travelers are not permitted to board simply by presenting their e-voucher

Skyliner Ticket: Please note that travelers are not allowed to use Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner

Skyliner Ticket: Travelers who book a roundtrip ticket set must redeem the departure ticket first, as the roundtrip ticket set cannot be used for the return ride only

[Keisei Skyliner Ticket] If the Skyliner service is suspended during your journey, please bring the physical ticket and proof of purchase directly to the Keisei counter to process a refund.

Tokyo Metro Ticket: If a traveler fails to take the first ride within the validity period specified on the ticket, the ticket will be voided.

Tokyo Metro Ticket: The validity period will be indicated on the ticket after a traveler goes through a ticket gate for the first time.

Tokyo Metro Ticket: The validity period is indicated on the back side of the physical ticket. Please use the ticket within the validity period (24 / 48 / 72 hours).

Tokyo Metro Ticket: If you enter a station within the validity period, you may still exit any stations after the validity period has ended.

Tokyo Metro Ticket: Travelers may only use Tokyo Metro (all lines) and Toei Subway (all lines). Keep in mind that JR lines are not included.
