I bought an entry ticket at 13.20, but because I arrived in Tokyo from Osaka at 15.00 it was already past the entry time. But I still went to the Shibuya Sky Building, when I got there at 15.30 I met the staff and they said they couldn't enter anymore at that time... But, thank God I was able to enter at 18.20. Finally we were given tickets that had been photographed, so when we entered we were asked to show the tickets that the staff had sent and the barcode that had been sent in the email to Japantrips (traveloka).

easy to redeem, the staff was very helpful when I didn't have a barcode, it turned out that I had received an email that couldn't be opened, I asked to send it back to another email, the staff were very helpful... it's best to come here with friends or relatives so you can help me I took a photo because I couldn't carry a selfie stick, bag, or anything other than a cellphone. Keep it in a locker for 100 yen, so if you're alone like me, just be smart and find friends here who are themselves so you can help each other take photos 😁😁
