— Fireworks Display —

Festivals may be canceled based on requests from Japanese or local governments. Contents are subject to change alternatively

We recommend arriving at the venue early to prevent traffic congestion before the fireworks competition. Kindly be patient while waiting for the fireworks to start

Expect a 15 to 30-minute walk from the parking lot to the fireworks viewing seats

Smoking is prohibited in the seating area, and the use of chairs, tables, and tripods is not allowed

— What To Bring —

Enjoy the event with these convenient essentials! Bring along:

a hat

a jacket

an electric torch

rain jacket (note: umbrellas are not allowed)

wet tissues, and pocket tissues (temporary toilets are available but without hand-washing areas)

— Cancellation —

The event will push through in case of light rain (postponed in case of severe weather)

If fireworks cancellation/postponement is decided before tour departure (the day before), the tour will be canceled. We'll inform the representative. Local cancellations on the event day will be communicated in the morning. If the time has started, we may guide you to an alternative destination

If fireworks are canceled or postponed after departure, the tour might follow an alternative course (to be determined) or return to the meeting/dissolution location

Kindly be aware that the guide will communicate in Japanese, and no interpreter will be present. A translating app will provide essential information (meeting location, departure time, etc.) to facilitate a seamless and secure itinerary.

This package requires a minimum of 2 participants. Please be mindful that bookings for one person will be canceled.

You Should Also Know This

Minimum of 2 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 7 day(s) prior to departure

Please arrive at designated location 15 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time

Please note that all guides during the tour will speak in Japanese.

Please note that participants in odd-numbered groups will basically be seated with participants from another group, and different genders may be seated together.

After fireworks display, you will return to the hotel late at night.

Please gather at the meeting point after lunch hour.

The event will be held at night, please bring a jacket to protect you from the cold.

Please make sure you arrive before meeting time during your itinerary. If meeting time has passed, tour will depart without you.

Depending on the arrival time to hotel, the next day's departure time may be delayed. In this case, we may shorten the time on sightseeing spots, etc.
