There is no cash ticket purchase service here, you have to use a Visa Card, Q ris Indonesia is not valid here, coincidentally I and a tourist from Europe do not have a Visa card and were forced to ask for help to buy tickets with a tourist from Iran because he has a Visa card and we paid in cash

Ticket exchange was okay, but it turned out they didn't sell premium glass cable cars. If you buy standard ones, the queue is really long. Then there's a queue for everything there. The virtual queue also doesn't work. If you want to play, you have to leave your bag in a pay locker, and the locker even had an error. The ticket purchase and exchange were okay, but the experience while there was lacking.

Ticket exchange is safe and easy, Genting Island is really nice, cool views, cool air, and there are lots of discounts and when I visited it was really crowded, buying tickets directly on the app bundled with the hotel so it's cheaper and there's no queue... But it's safe and under control.

If you’re a first time traveler, don’t be mistaken, there are two cable car stations. One is Gohtong Jaya Cable Car Station that goes directly to the mall (no transit) and the other and newer one is Awana Sky Cable Car (located at Genting Highlands Premium Outlet) that can stop by Chin Swee Caves temple. It’s a nice experience to ride this cable car.
