there is nothing wrong with the guide. good n skillful guide. but this trip package needs to be updated because the chocolate museum turns out to be closed and the scheduled time is different, in the package it finishes at 3.30 but in the guide it turns out it only arrives at 2. Honestly, this package is not worth it. can go alone. You must read the information carefully because this trip only costs delivery to the tourist location, not including tickets

I think it could be my mistake for not reading the itinerary properly. It's not the driver's fault. but for those who would like to visit penang Hill and Temple Tour, you would have saved yourself a fortune if you had ordered a Grab driver or if you had your own transport; drive it. I originally thought the driver will accompany us together throughout the journey and even help to collect our ticket, it ended up that I have to queue for the train ride to Penang Hill and up the temple ride.

Nothing great about this package, only provide transport to the Penang Hill ticking point and to the temple, no tour guide showing us around. Have to buy train ticket myself. Also lunch is not provided. Visit to Chocolate factory also turns out to be a shop selling overpriced chocolate and coffee.

Because I came here during the Chinese New Year, the shops were almost closed. I really like dimsum in Taitong, but ordering food is a bit hard. Almost everyone was surprised because I am Vietnamese. I like the feeling of walking the picturesque streets. And the most impressive thing is that I met a lot of cats, doves, crows. All services should be booked in advance to avoid queuing, I have booked the service through Traveloka and paid to avoid having to exchange too much money.

The train was closed from 6-14 Jan 2020 due to annual maintenance, exactly on the date that I booked. There was no info whatsoever from Traveloka. In order to get to the hill, I have to rent a 4WD jeep from an on-site car rental for RM 160 to take us up and down within 30 mins! Once we were on the hill, we only got 20 mins to take some pics because everything else was closed, couldn't do anything. So disappointing & waste of money. The rest of the tour were OK, the driver (Mr. Oleh-Oleh) was helpful.

Package only transfers hotel to destination & vice versa (If you and your family will suffer loss). Enter any object we have to pay again. You have to queue for tickets and queue up the old gondola, time runs out in vain. Cars with limited time. Want to enjoy anything, just snacking no time.

The "tour" should be describing as a transportation service to pick up from hotel, take us to the hill and the temple and place for have lunch, and go back to hotel... not as "tour" service...
