Listed on some travel sites as the “Santorini of Batangas,” Fortune Island has become an unlikely weekend destination for both adventurous and chill travelers. Once a luxury resort owned by the province’s former governor, the island now sits abandoned with only one distinctive feature: a pair of Grecian ruins that bear a resemblance to the Acropolis of Athens. Spend a leisurely day of swimming, snorkeling, or scuba diving in the sparkling waters, or simply pitch a tent on the semi-fine white sand and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. Fall in love with the simplicity of Fortune Island when you book this join-in 1-day tour on Traveloka.
