About Hanbok Rental in Bukchon Hanok Village

Explore the Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul composed of alleys and hanok that is preserved to exhibit an old urban environment while wearing a traditional hanbok. A professional stylist will help you dress up and look stunning for your journey. Hanboks come in various designs and sizes for males, females, and children. Opt to rent it for four or 24 hours and enjoy taking pictures in few of the most historical places in Seoul.

Operating hours: 09:00 - 19:00, last admission 18:00

Includes: Hair accessories, braided hair, purse, basic underskirt rental

Special accessories such as King's hat, Gisaeng hat, Gat and dress underskirt can also be rented with additional fees

Each customer can fit a maximum of two hanboks and choose just one they can wear for the rental period

For each Hanbok, you will need to provide:

A copy of ID card/passport and a KRW 10,000 deposit in cash

For group bookings with a maximum of six persons, only one ID card is required

Please note that your chosen time slot is not guaranteed and may change depending on availability.

Warning

In cases where you fail to return the hanbok on time, a penalty of KRW 10,000 will be charged on top of the standard hanbok rental fare.

The KRW 10,000 deposit can only be paid in cash and will be refunded after returning the items. However, if the hanbok is contaminated or damaged, an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

Shoes or sandals are not available for rental.

Children two years old and below are not allowed to join this activity.
