Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows.

The peak cherry blossom season is from the end of March to early April. The state of the cherry blossoms will change due to weather conditions. If the cherry blossoms are not in good condition on the day of the tour, no refund will be given.

For the Military Port Festival celebration, the final decision of the event lies with the event organizer. If the conference changes the schedule and the celebration is canceled on the day of departure, our company will set off as usual, only viewing the cherry blossoms, and not participating in any other celebrations.

The colorful night cherry blossoms at Bomen Lake may be canceled due to special circumstances on the day. In case of such emergencies, the company will not be able to arrange any form of compensation or refund.

Participating guests will be arranged to stay at Gyeongju Hanwha Resort or Susung hotel or The-K Hotel or similar hotels.

If the restaurant is temporarily closed or unable to dine due to other reasons on the day of departure, you will have another Korean lunch instead.

The rooms will be arranged for two people per room (Korean-style floor bunk room) on a principle basis. Each two-person room can accommodate up to two children aged 3 to 11 years old who do not occupy a bed.

If a guest registers as a single person or in an odd-numbered combination and needs to stay in a single room, he/she needs to pay the difference of HK$400 for the single room.

For guests who sign up as a single person or participate in an odd-numbered group, the third or odd-numbered group member will need to pay a single room surcharge to stay in a single room. The company will not arrange for the guest to share a room with other group members, and the guest may not object or withdraw for any reason. .

If the 3rd or odd-numbered group member chooses not to pay the single room surcharge, he/she must agree to automatically give up the semi-shared room. That is, if 3 people stay in a 2-person room, no one can object or withdraw for any reason. If you need a single room, you need to pay an additional HKD $400 to arrange a single room.
