- Deluxe sedan: maximum of 3 travelers and 2 pieces of 24 to 28-inch luggage
- Family MPV: maximum of 4 travelers and 4 pieces of 24 to 28-inch luggage
- VIP van: maximum of 10 travelers and carry-on luggage or 9 travelers and 5 pieces of 24 to 28-inch luggage

Changes can be made within 3 days after booking. No changes or cancelations can be made once the booking is confirmed

A surcharge of THB300 will apply for services departing from or arriving at Don Mueang Airport (DMK). Please pay the surcharge directly to the driver in cash on-site

Please note that this service does not include the ferry ticket to/from the island. Payment will have to be made at the pier directly to the ferry operator, and charges are THB80 per passenger, and THB400 for the vehicle and driver

The pick-up location for International flight travelers has been changed to arrival gate 5. Please refer to the notice released by the supplier for detailed information

For any changes or cancelations, please contact us (message only) between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (GMT+7 Bangkok Time)

Surcharge(s)

Car seat rental is available at THB300 per seat, payable directly to the driver on-site. Please indicate the number of car seats needed in the 'Notes' section during the booking process

An additional fee of THB300 will apply for each extra stop within Koh Chang. For locations outside of Koh Chang, please contact Customer Service for information and confirmation

Please note that during festive seasons, there will be an additional charge of THB400 for sedans and MPVs, and THB600 for vans. The festive seasons include: 1. New Year: December 21st to January 5th 2. Chinese New Year: New Year's Eve to the sixth day of Chinese New Year (16 - 22 Feb 2026). 3. Songkran: 6 days from the day before the public holiday to the 5th day of the holiday (April 12th to April 17th)
