If the memorial entry time is after the end of the 4-hr tour (arrive at Pearl Harbour at 8:00am while the memorial entry time is 12:00pm), travelers may only overlook the memorial from a distance without entering the memorial to make sure the tour is on schedule; insisting on visiting the memorial will be deemed as cancellation of all unexperienced activities, travelers will be held liable for the loss and the returning transfer service will not be provided
