About Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum and USS Bowfin Submarine

The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum features expanded and redesigned interiors with three galleries that document the history of the United States Navy's Submarine Force during World War II, the Cold War, and the modern era. In the World War II gallery, view a display of submarine battle flag replicas individually sewn and designed by crewmen of different boats. Board the USS Bowfin, a Balao-class submarine that took part in numerous successful war patrols during World War II.
