Ba Na Hills (Vietnam Golden Bridge) - Day Tour

My tour guide of the day - Ms Na is very cute, bubbly and energetic.. She's very engaging as well. And she will try to be nearby ready to help us take photos! Very benefiting for me as a solo traveller. Thank you!

Had a great time. Clear itinerary and lots of things to do there. Went for roller coaster ride and wax museum. If you don't want to do any rides, you can just chill, stroll around, and enjoy the foods and drinks. I'd recommend to get the VIP pass (less queue!).

Hdv ok. Tour service is ok. Food is ok. The only thing is that there are too many customers, long queues and it's hot. Let me tell you, I probably won't go again.

the food is delicious, but for muslims need to be careful because there is a lot of pork. ba na hills is very beautiful, must visit lah! for the service from the tour guide is just ordinary. but this tour is quite cheap

great experience, the tour started with bus, and then cable car, next train, finally another cable car. Many beautiful spots to take photos. There is a cheap self riding roller coaster which ends to amusement park. The free lunch has many choices but the queue was terrible.

It's good to come here and just order lunch because there are lots of 4 season menus

The tour operator called and asked for an extra 500k VND ($20) in cash because it was a holiday. We said fine because we would have tipped them anyways. They called back a little bit later and said that wanted an extra 350k VND ($14) per person because the package I booked was for Vietnam citizens only. There was no where in the package where it indicated that it was for Vietnamese citizens only. We have been trying to get a refund from Traveloka for days. We really trusted Traveloka because we booked flights here fine. However, after this experience, I do not have faith in the legitimacy of tour operators. We thought that this is the safer option. I really hope we get our money back because it would really do not want to lose $300 USD.

Very interesting place to visit. However, the fun is really depending on the weather. When I was there it was raining the whole day. Despite weather, the tour is good and food for lunch was great.

Guide was very friendly, though I wish she had told us more about what we could do during the time around sun world. We didn’t know about the rides until too late after we finish lunch.

The tour is reasonably priced, on time and has an enthusiastic and friendly tour guide

Everything is fine, it's just that Ba Na is so cold this time of year. Although I was told by the staff to bring a jacket and a raincoat, I don't think I will need them. Haha. My fault 😅.

The tour guide and driver are enthusiastic, fun, and thoughtful. Pick up and drop off on time, will continue to book Traveloka service if needed.

Lots of fog when we reached at Ba Na hills. Temperature around 14-15 degree. Initially we thought it’s raining but it was fog. Worth visiting once in your lifetime 😍😍😍😍
