Van Phuc Village Located about 10km southwest of Hanoi, Van Phuc Silk Village is famous for silk weaving for thousands of years and was considered the number one in Indochina during the French colonial period. The silk from Van Phuc Village is an animal fiber extracted from silkworm cocoons, so it has an elegant luster on the surface and a soft fabric. It is known for its wide variety, beauty, and durability. Silk products are commonly used in the lives of Vietnamese people, but they have also become the subject of poetry and paintings.

Hanoi Metro Line 2A The first urban railway in Vietnam to open is the "Metro Hanoi Line 2A". It began passenger service on November 6, 2021. Line 2A connects Cat Linh Station in Dong Da District in the center of Hanoi to Yen Nghia Station in Ha Dong District, a residential development area in the southwest of the city. The line is 13.1 km long and has a total of 12 stations. It takes just over 25 minutes to ride the entire line. Trains run every 6 minutes during peak hours and every 10 minutes at other times.
