Refund Form Terms of Use

By submitting this refund form, you are required to provide your bank account number, and the bank account number registered with Traveloka must be the only account used for refunding whenever you make a refund request to Traveloka.

You are deemed to have read, understand, and agreed to Refund Form Terms of Use, Traveloka Terms of Use, Flight Refund Policy, and Hotel Refund Policy.

1. Subject to Traveloka's Product Terms of Use, you can request a refund for your booking through the refund form on Traveloka's website or application.
2. On the refund form, you must correctly and accurately state the bank account number used to pay for your booking.
3. Refunds can only be requested by You through the same Traveloka user account as the one used to make the original booking.
4. You declare that refunds are not associated with money laundering, financing terrorism, or any other criminal activities. You guarantee to release Traveloka from any obligations and liabilities regarding refunds initiated by You.
5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Traveloka has the right to withhold or cancel the refund process, if you or the requested refund process are suspected of being involved in, or if there are elements of criminal acts, including but not limited to money laundering/terrorism, fraud, deception, and theft.
6. If necessary during the refund process, You may be requested to provide additional information, such as a copy of an Identity Card and/or other required documents.
7. Traveloka should not be responsible for any unlawful or illegal acts committed through this refund process.
8. Traveloka should not be responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the information you submitted on this form.
