Here are the steps to book Super Air Jet tickets online:
Payments for Super Air Jet tickets can be made via bank transfer, and credit card.
For more information regarding available payment methods, please visit the Payment Methods page.
The Super Air Jet e-ticket serves as proof of your booking for Super Air Jet flights. Show your e-ticket at the Super Air Jet counter during check-in (either at the airport or online) to get your boarding pass. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 60 minutes after making payment, please contact Traveloka Customer Service immediately.
Super Air Jet flights use the code IU. For a journey within Indonesia, compare the route, departure airport and fare conditions before choosing a result on Traveloka. The ticket price is only one part of the decision: the checked allowance, cabin-bag size and connection to the rest of your trip can matter just as much.
This guide covers the airline's baggage and check-in rules, how to retrieve a booking and what to review if your plans change. Search the dates you need for current flight times and prices, rather than using an old schedule or a general promotion as a quote.
Open the details of an available IU flight and read the airport names for each sector. Check whether the journey is nonstop or includes a connection, and identify the operator for every flight. A search result combining several carriers does not give every sector the same baggage or service rules.
For an international visitor connecting to an Indonesian domestic flight, check whether it is part of the same issued itinerary or a separate ticket. Allow time for arrival formalities, collecting a bag, any terminal transfer and another check-in. Match the return journey to your onward travel as carefully as the outbound journey.
Read the ticket's baggage, seat, change and refund details while comparing fares. An add-on offered on one itinerary may not be available on another. Choose the services you need before reviewing the final total, and keep their accepted confirmations with the ticket.
If your dates may change, compare the flexibility of the fares rather than buying the lowest price first and investigating changes later. A permitted change can still involve fees and a fare difference. “Available to request” and “included without a fee” are different conditions.
The airline's cabin guidance lists 7 kg and a bag measuring no more than 40 × 30 × 20 cm for its Airbus aircraft, plus one permitted personal item. These dimensions are smaller than many suitcases sold as standard cabin luggage. Measure your actual bag before travel.
Cabin storage remains subject to available space. Pack a compact item for documents, medication and valuables so it can stay with you if a larger bag needs to go into the hold. Weight and dimensions are separate limits; meeting one does not waive the other.
Super Air Jet's dedicated free-baggage guidance lists a 10 kg economy checked allowance for tickets issued from July 17, 2025. Older guidance can still show 20 kg, so do not rely on a copied allowance from an earlier policy. Check the figure on your issued e-ticket, including any purchased extra baggage.
A lap infant does not receive an automatic checked-baggage allowance under the published table. For a connecting booking, inspect each operating airline's allowance. A suitcase that is within the allowance on your international flight can exceed the allowance on the IU sector.
Weigh your bag after packing, and compare the cost of extra baggage before departure. If your ticket's displayed entitlement differs from what you expected, resolve it through the issuing channel before reaching the airport rather than assuming a general airline table changes your ticket.
Prepaid baggage buys additional weight before departure. Buy the amount you expect to use and retain the confirmation for the correct passenger and flight. The airline states that unused prepaid kilograms are not refundable simply because the bag weighs less than the purchased quota. Its guidance ties refunding the baggage add-on to a ticket-refund process.
For sports equipment or another special item, check acceptance and handling before purchase. Give the airline the item's type and dimensions as well as its weight. Extra kilograms alone do not establish that an oversized or restricted item will be accepted.
The airline directs online check-in to the official BookCabin website or app. Select the airline and enter the booking reference, passenger surname and flight date from the issued e-ticket. Review the details and save the electronic boarding pass when the process completes.
Use BookCabin's actual availability for your departure. The airline's help articles and BookCabin's general information give different opening-hour references, so check the live tool rather than planning around a copied opening time. The airline lists online closing 30 minutes before departure, but that is not a recommended airport arrival time.
Some passengers and special-service bookings must use the airport counter. If online check-in is unavailable or directs you to an agent, follow that instruction. A successfully issued boarding pass also does not remove the need for baggage drop or required document checks.
Super Air Jet's check-in guidance recommends arriving at least two hours before departure. Check the departure airport, terminal and instructions on the e-ticket before traveling to the airport. A terminal used for another airline, or on a previous trip, may not be the right one for your flight.
Passengers who check in online and have checked luggage must still report to the counter or baggage drop before its deadline. Keep enough time for queues, security and the walk to the gate. Read the boarding time on the pass and confirm any gate change with the airport information.
For a Traveloka purchase, open the flight in My Booking to view the e-ticket and the options available for that ticket. Keep the Traveloka booking ID for purchase support and the airline reference for BookCabin. Enter names as recorded in the reservation when retrieving it.
Before departure, review passenger details, baggage and any accepted services. If a requested service does not appear in a confirmation, ask for its status. Do not assume that a typed request, an unpaid add-on or an unfinished change is part of the issued ticket.
The airline's help guidance does not permit changing the route or transferring a ticket to a different passenger through an ordinary name change. If you need a different journey, inspect the cancellation conditions before buying a replacement. A date change and a route change are not interchangeable requests.
For a ticket purchased through a travel agent, Super Air Jet directs refund handling through that agent. With a Traveloka-issued ticket, start from My Booking or Traveloka support. Review the fare's eligibility, deadline, fees and any difference in price, then wait for the accepted result and updated ticket where applicable.
If the airline changes your schedule, read the options for the affected booking and consider any onward connection before selecting one. Keep the notification and the revised itinerary together so that your travel plan uses the latest accepted flight details.
Use the seat options for your selected flight to compare where you can sit and what a selection costs. If your party needs seats together, review that requirement before payment. The availability of an extra service should be confirmed for the actual itinerary.
Arrange infant travel, a child traveling alone, mobility assistance or another special requirement with the airline in advance. These requests can affect eligibility for online check-in. Ask what documentation and airport procedure apply to the passenger's circumstances, and keep the accepted arrangement with the booking.
Compare suitable dates and departure times, then include the baggage and seats you need in the total. There is no guaranteed cheapest weekday or fixed number of months to book ahead. A low base price may be less useful than another fare once an extra bag or a long connection is included.
Keep ground transport in the comparison. A flight that lands after your onward transport has stopped can add a hotel night or another transfer. Compare the complete itinerary before deciding which fare gives your trip the better value.
For a current departure or arrival update, consult the airline or airport. A schedule shown while booking is not a live flight-status confirmation.
