Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost exclude toll and parking fees. Toll and parking fees are borne by passengers.
If there is a change in flight number from the initial booking which results in a change in pick-up time from the booking, passengers will be charged an additional fee of IDR 50,000.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking, there are additional cost conditions as follows:
Passengers carrying additional baggage exceeds up to 2 luggages/items without prior notice will have to pay an extra charge of IDR 50,000.
Passengers carrying additional baggage exceeds to more than 2 luggages/items without prior notice will have to pay an extra charge of IDR 100,000.
If the luggages/items carried by the passenger is not enough for the luggage of the booked car, the supplier has the right to cancel the booking and the booking cannot be refunded.
If there are passengers exceeding the capacity of the booking car seats, passengers will be charged an additional fee of IDR 50,000/person.
Passengers must pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the GPS Otto Rent staff or driver.

During booking, please ensure that you choose the appropriate pick-up time for your airport transfer.
You are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights or 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights. Timing your arrival at the airport according to this advisory will minimize the impact of risks such as traffic, route changes, or other delays.
Please be informed that Traveloka is not liable for missed flights caused by inappropriate pickup times.
For passengers traveling to the airport, lateness is tolerated up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the chosen pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers traveling from the airport, lateness is tolerated for a maximum of 60 minutes (for domestic arrivals) or 90 minutes (for international arrivals) after the chosen pick-up time. Passengers are required to pay a late fee of Rp. 50,000/hour after the time limit is exceeded.
For conventional vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel and airport parking fees. Toll fees are not included and must be borne by passengers.
For electric vehicles, the price includes the cost of fuel, airport parking fees, as well as toll fees (except for JORR II toll fees).
The standard baggage measurement for one item is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). This includes suitcases, backpacks (carriers), and cardboard boxes. Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles, will be counted as two items.
All luggage must be placed in the third row of the vehicle and should not block the rear view. Carry-on bags or backpacks smaller than 60 liters can be placed in the front row of the vehicle.
Oversized luggage (above standard measurement), such as surfboards, non-folding bicycles, or sharp/hazardous objects that could cause damage are not permitted inside the vehicle.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
The driver has the right to refuse passengers bringing luggage not fulfilling the above requirements.

Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items into the GSP AUTORENT vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the GSP AUTORENT vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the GSP AUTORENT service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
