Your booking is already confirmed by the provider after your payment is verified. So don't worry if the provider or driver does not contact you. Just follow the steps written in How to Meet Your Driver, which you can find on your Airport Transfer voucher on My Booking, during the pick-up day.

On your voucher, you can also track your driver status. You can see whether a driver has been assigned to you and if the driver is on the way to pick you up.
