For pick-ups at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta; Juanda International Airport, Surabaya; Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali; Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Surakarta; Kualanamu International Airport, Medan; and Lombok International Airport, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Golden Bird counters at the airport. Make sure to bring your Golden Bird voucher.
2. Show your voucher from the My Booking menu, or the PDF version sent to your email, to the staff who will guide you to your car.

Meanwhile, for pick-up at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang and Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Manado:

1. Check your Golden Bird voucher under the My Booking menu at least two (2) hours before your pick-up time to see the vehicle and the driver details.
2. Look for your driver, who will be holding a sign showing your name at the arrival gate.
3. If you cannot find your driver, you can try to contact the driver's number shown on your voucher.
