BEFORE SUBMITTING A FLIGHT REFUND REQUEST, HOW CAN I CHECK THE AMOUNT I WILL RECEIVE?

Before submitting a flight refund request, how can I check the amount I will receive?

Traveloka provides a feature that allows you to check the estimated refund amount and processing time before you submit a refund request—so you can make an informed decision.

Here’s how you can check it:

1. Open your flight e-ticket via the Traveloka app or website. Scroll down to find and tap the Refund section.

2. In this section, you’ll see all the available refund reasons eligible for your flight.

3. Scroll further down to the “What is your refund reason?” question, then select the reason that best fits your situation.

4. After selecting a reason, the estimated refund amount will appear below it. The estimate will automatically adjust based on the reason you choose.

Please note that the refund estimation is calculated from the ticket’s base fare and has been deducted with any refund fees. The availability of the refund reasons and the refund method are subject to the airline’s policy.
