How to Resend My E-ticket and Voucher

To resend your e-ticket/voucher, make sure you are logged in to your Traveloka account, and follow the steps below:

  1. Go to My Booking
  2. On the relevant booking, tap the three dots icon at the top right, and select Send E-ticket/Voucher
  3. Enter the email address(es) that you wish to resend the e-ticket/voucher to and click Send Now.
  4. At the bottom of the page, you will see a notification informing you that your e-ticket/voucher has been successfully sent. Please check your email, including your junk mail or spam folder, to see your e-ticket/voucher.
