Fantastic hotel, with a welcoming staff, big rooms, comfy beds and a great shower. Breakfast was phenomenal with many options to choose from.
We didn’t use the pool (too cold) but it looks promising. It’s based in the newer part of town, so many fancy restaurants around

I was charged £190 for dry cleaning with no warning. I fully appreciated it was express and I was fine with pay - but 190 for a few shirts, a pair of shorts and some underwear? I’m utterly utterly disgusted. What a lovely first impression - not.

Overall good hotel, but somewhat dated in places (particularly in the rooms). I don’t like the fact that 90% of the rooms overlook a relatively busy atrium/bar area, that you can hear inside your room. Also, the soundproofing to the outside is fairly poor.

upon arrival at the airport we were sick, called the hotel for a doctor and 30 minutes after checking in the doctor was at a our room, thank to the attention and the medicines we were able to travel back home the next night.

My stay at the Hilton Buenos Aires was excellent from start to finish. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and a bathroom with great water pressure made for a relaxing experience. Dinner in the lobby restaurant was a highlight, with both delicious food and a friendly, courteous server. Check-in was fast and pleasant, and breakfast offered a wonderful variety to start the day right. A special mention goes to the marketing manager, who was engaging and mindful, ensuring every detail of my stay felt cared for.
